🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Architect for Enterprise Digital Transformation in Germany, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions that enable our company to achieve its goals and stay competitive in the market. You will report to our Director of Cloud Engineering and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable, secure, and innovative cloud-based systems. Your impact will be significant, as you will help drive business growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions for enterprise applications, including migrating existing systems to the cloud and developing new cloud-based applications.

Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.

Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud-based data storage solutions, including data warehousing and big data analytics.

Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.

Design and implement cloud-based security solutions, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.

Develop and implement cloud-based monitoring and analytics solutions to ensure application performance and uptime.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions for enterprise applications.

Experience with cloud security, compliance, and monitoring.

Certification in cloud architecture or engineering, such as AWS Certified Cloud Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.

Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Puppet.

Certification in DevOps, such as DevOps Foundation Certification.

Experience with data analytics and machine learning.
