π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Cloud Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of our cloud-based solutions with our clients' existing systems. You will work closely with our sales teams, product development teams, and clients to analyze their integration requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting integration issues, providing technical support, and maintaining existing integrations.
You will report directly to our Director of Integration Services and will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. As a Cloud Integration Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses and help shape the future of our company.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze clients' integration requirements and develop customized integration solutions to meet their needs.
- Design, develop, and test integration flows using cloud-based integration platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand clients' requirements and develop sales-acceptable solutions.
- Develop and maintain existing integrations to ensure they continue to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud integration technologies and trends and apply that knowledge to improve our integration offerings.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize integration requirements for new features and products.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration flows and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical integration issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and address technical debt and areas for process improvement.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for integration flows and processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on integration flows and processes.
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of our clients and the company.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in cloud integration, software development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in cloud-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Talend, or Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database.
- Knowledge of API design principles and RESTful API architecture.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with ADP's cloud-based solutions or similar human capital management systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-based security best practices and compliance regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning and AI technologies such as AWS SageMaker or Azure Machine Learning.
- Certification in cloud integration or a related field such as AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Certified Azure Developer.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins or Docker.
