🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Consultant to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cloud security expertise to our banking and finance clients, helping them to design and implement secure cloud-based solutions that meet their business needs. The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their security requirements and providing guidance and support to ensure that their cloud infrastructure is secure and compliant with relevant regulations. The Cloud Security Consultant will report to the Cloud Security Manager and will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of experts in cloud security.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cloud Security Consultant — Banking and Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing cloud security expertise to our banking and finance clients, including design and implementation of secure cloud-based solutions.

- Conducting security assessments and risk analysis for client cloud infrastructures.

- Developing and implementing cloud security strategies and solutions that meet client business needs.

- Collaborating with clients to identify and prioritize security risks and develop plans to mitigate them.

- Providing guidance and support to clients on cloud security best practices and industry standards.

- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud security and incorporating this knowledge into client solutions.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

- Working closely with the cloud security team to identify and develop new security solutions and services.

- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cloud security services to clients.

- Developing and delivering training and awareness programs to clients on cloud security best practices.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on banking and finance.

- In-depth knowledge of cloud security technologies and platforms, including AWS and Azure.

- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and industry standards, including PCI-DSS and HIPAA.

- Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance regulations, including NIST and GDPR.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages, including Python and Java.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Certification in cloud security, such as CCSP or AWS Security.

- Experience with cloud security automation tools, such as Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP).

- Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions, including object storage and block storage.

- Salary range of 500,000 to 800,000 PHP per year, depending on experience.
