🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Security Engineer on our Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure for our clients in Latin America. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our cloud-based applications are secure, compliant, and scalable. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats to our cloud infrastructure.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure for clients in Latin America

- Collaborate with development team to ensure cloud-based applications are secure and compliant

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to cloud infrastructure

- Develop and maintain cloud security best practices and policies

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve security incidents and issues

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure cloud security compliance

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks and standards

- Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS and Azure

- Strong understanding of security protocols and technologies

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Experience with cloud migration and deployment

- Familiarity with cloud security tools and technologies

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Cloud Security Certification (e.g. AWS Security Certification)

- Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools

- Experience with cloud-native security tools and technologies

- Knowledge of Mexican laws and regulations related to data protection
