🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Services Manager — Enterprise Wireless Network, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts to design, implement, and manage cloud-based wireless networks for large-scale enterprise clients. You will report directly to the Director of Cloud Services and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud and wireless technologies. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations while driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute cloud migration strategies for large-scale enterprise clients

* Lead a team of cloud engineers and wireless specialists to design and implement cloud-based wireless networks

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and wireless technologies

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

* Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for business growth

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams

* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud and wireless fields

* Provide thought leadership and guidance to the team on best practices and new technologies

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in cloud and wireless engineering or management

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

* Experience with cloud migration, cloud-based wireless networks, and wireless infrastructure

* Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, wireless networking, and IT management

* Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering high-quality solutions

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

* Fluency in English and Spanish

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

* Experience with emerging technologies such as 5G, IoT, and Edge Computing

* Certifications in cloud computing, wireless networking, or IT management

* Strong understanding of Mexican regulations and industry standards

* Salary range: 500,000 - 800,000 MXN per year
