🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect for Enterprise Clients in Brazil, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our large-scale clients in the region. You will work closely with our sales team, product managers, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance. This role reports to the Manager of Cloud Solutions and has a significant impact on our ability to grow our business in Brazil.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop cloud-based solutions for large-scale clients in Brazil, leveraging Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products and services.

- Conduct technical workshops and demos to educate customers on the benefits and capabilities of Microsoft cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud computing and Microsoft products and services, and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions.

- Participate in the development of our cloud solutions strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with our global teams.

- Mentor and train other team members on cloud solutions and best practices.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content and campaigns that showcase our cloud solutions.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, working closely with our sales team.

- Develop and manage our cloud solutions budget, ensuring that we are delivering value to our customers while meeting our financial goals.

- Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations in Brazil.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

- Collaborate with our product management team to gather feedback from customers and inform the development of new features and products.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the IT industry in Brazil.

- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our cloud solutions and build relationships with key customers and partners.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in cloud solutions design and implementation, preferably with a focus on enterprise clients.

- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, such as team lead or technical lead.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

- Experience with containerization, microservices, and DevOps.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

- Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Storage, Azure Compute, and Azure Networking.

- Experience with cloud-native development, including serverless computing and function-as-a-service.

- Strong experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management and data encryption.

- Strong experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We are offering a competitive salary range of R$50,000 - R$80,000 per month, depending on experience.
