šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a DHL E-commerce Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce shipping and delivery operations in Mexico. You will work closely with our customers to understand their shipping needs and preferences, and provide them with the best possible solutions to meet their business goals. You will be reporting directly to our E-commerce Logistics Manager and will have a significant impact on our customer satisfaction ratings and overall business growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage and coordinate the shipping and delivery of e-commerce packages from our warehouse in Mexico to customers across the country
. Develop and implement strategies to improve our e-commerce shipping and delivery experience, including optimizing routes, reducing transit times, and improving customer communication
. Work closely with our customers to understand their shipping needs and preferences, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their business goals
. Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently and effectively, and that any issues are resolved promptly
. Monitor and analyze shipping and delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
. Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve our e-commerce shipping and delivery operations, including process improvements and technology enhancements
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and best practices with our teams
. Manage our e-commerce shipping and delivery budget, and ensure that we are operating within our financial targets
. Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to build trust and loyalty
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics or a related field
. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
. Strong knowledge of e-commerce shipping and delivery operations, including parcel tracking, carrier management, and shipping regulations
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and third-party logistics partners
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
. Experience with logistics software and systems, including shipping platforms and CRM tools
. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role in e-commerce logistics or a related field
. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
. Experience with logistics technology, including automation and robotics
. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
