🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Digital Community Manager, you will play a critical role in building and engaging our online community of fitness enthusiasts across Germany. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and retention. Your goal will be to create a digital space where members can connect, share their fitness journeys, and stay motivated.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

- Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that resonate with our target audience.

- Manage and moderate online community forums, responding to member comments and concerns.

- Collaborate with our in-house design team to create visually appealing graphics and advertisements.

- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.

- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners in the fitness industry.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

- Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve member complaints and issues.

- Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations for social media and marketing strategies.

- Develop and execute social media contests and giveaways to drive engagement and reward loyal followers.

- Assist in the development and implementation of our CRM strategy.

- Collaborate with our events team to promote and execute live events and webinars.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and results.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Marketo.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in the fitness industry or with a fitness-related brand.

- Familiarity with German culture and language (not required but a plus).

- Certification in social media marketing or a related field.

- Experience with graphic design or video production.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
