π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As our new Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth in our e-commerce channels. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that drive online sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations to increase online sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Your role will be to work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute plans to drive e-commerce growth, including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, product development, and customer retention strategies. You will also work closely with our customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement
Analyze customer behavior and develop data-driven recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with product development teams to develop and launch new products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
Analyze and optimize customer journey to improve customer satisfaction
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership team to drive business decisions
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in customer experience, e-commerce, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and project management tools
Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in data analysis and insights
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Familiarity with Mexican market and regulatory requirements
π° WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 - 750,000 MXN per year, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive health insurance, a retirement plan, and 10 vacation days per year. In addition, we offer a learning and development budget to support your continued growth and development in the role.
