šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our new Digital Experience Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our online presence for the German market. You will work closely with our international marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. You will report directly to our Senior Marketing Manager and will be an integral part of our cross-functional team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and optimize our German website, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
Develop and implement targeted online advertising campaigns to reach our key demographics.
Collaborate with our international marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for our online channels and make data-driven decisions to improve their performance.
Work closely with our internal stakeholders, including our customer service team and logistics department, to ensure seamless online ordering and delivery processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve our online presence.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce and customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns that drive results.
Excellent knowledge of German language and culture, with a strong understanding of the local market.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification in Google Analytics or other digital marketing tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation tools, such as Optimizely.
Fluency in multiple languages, including English.
