🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Specialist — Remote Experience Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our remote experience strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with our marketing and customer experience teams to design and execute campaigns, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve our online presence. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute comprehensive remote experience strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing• Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions• Work with the marketing team to create engaging content, including videos, blog posts, and social media posts• Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the market• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support remote experience initiatives• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Head of Digital Marketing• Collaborate with the customer experience team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase customer satisfaction• Work with IT to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems and tools• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our brand, products, and services
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on remote experience and customer engagement• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns• Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation• Excellent communication and project management skills• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms• Certification in digital marketing, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, is a plus
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in Marketing or a related field• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team or project• Strong knowledge of Brazillian market and consumer behavior• Experience with customer experience design and human-centered design principles• Certification in customer experience or human-centered design
💰 WHAT WE OFFER
