🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Product Manager for E-Commerce Solutions at Publix, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product vision that meets the evolving needs of our customers in the European markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and drive the product roadmap forward. This role will report to the Director of Digital Product Management and will collaborate with the international sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences in the European market

* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products on Publix's e-commerce platform

* Prioritize and roadmap features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives

* Develop and manage product requirements documentation and ensure that features meet the needs of the customers and stakeholders

* Work closely with the international sales team to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs

* Analyze sales and customer data to inform product decisions and drive business growth

* Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and external partners

* Partner with external partners to expand Publix's e-commerce capabilities in Europe

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce and digital products

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

* Proven track record of developing and launching successful e-commerce products that meet customer needs and drive business growth

* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

* Experience working in the grocery industry or retail e-commerce space

* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital product development methodologies

* Certification in product management or related field
