🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Solutions Architect for Integrated Facilities Services, you will play a key role in shaping our digital strategy to enhance the customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrated digital solutions that support our business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

- Collaborate with the facilities management team to integrate digital solutions that optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Design and implement data analytics tools to monitor and improve service quality.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for digital solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for future digital solutions.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in digital solution architecture, preferably in the facilities services or food industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong technical skills in software development, data analytics, and cloud computing technologies.

- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proficient in German and English languages.

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience with digital transformation projects in the facilities services or food industry.

- Certification in Agile project management or digital solution architecture.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of €60,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
