🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Consultant - Omnichannel Retail, you will play a critical role in driving our company's digital transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing the customer experience across all touchpoints. Reporting directly to our Director of E-commerce, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative omnichannel strategies that meet our customers' evolving needs. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition and continue to thrive in the fast-paced world of retail.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to develop and implement omnichannel retail strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital retail, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Work with the IT team to design and implement new digital platforms and tools, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our digital retail strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.

- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to the development of new ideas and solutions.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform our digital retail strategies.

- Collaborate with the training team to develop training programs and materials that ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Work with the operations team to develop and implement operational processes that support our digital retail strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on omnichannel retail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with digital marketing platforms, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics tools.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and their applications in retail.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
