🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of public transportation in Mexico. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to design and implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and promote sustainability. Reporting to the Director of Innovation, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to execute projects. Your work will have a significant impact on the organization's ability to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, including data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital transformation.

• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

• Stay within budget and timeline for projects.

• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, with a focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and sustainability.

• Strong understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT technologies.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project.

• Familiarity with Mexican regulations and laws related to data privacy and security.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Certification in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.

• Experience working in the public transportation sector.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity.

At MTA, we offer a competitive salary range of MXN 55,000 - 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
