šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of JetBlue's Mexican market expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our technology, operations, and customer experience teams, to design, implement, and deliver digital solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency. You will report to our Director of Digital Transformation and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver digital solutions, including cloud-based platforms, data analytics, and customer experience initiatives.
. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
. Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements documents for digital transformation projects.
. Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans to ensure successful project delivery.
. Provide project management oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and vendors.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering within-budget and on-time.
. Strong technical skills, including cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data analytics, and customer experience technologies.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
. Ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements documents.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or a related field.
. Experience working in the airline industry or a related field.
. Strong knowledge of Mexican market trends and regulations.
. Fluency in Spanish and English.
