🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager — Restaurant Operations, you will play a critical role in leading the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve the efficiency and customer experience of our restaurants. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including restaurant operations, marketing, and IT. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, and to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies by our restaurant staff.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve restaurant efficiency and customer experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality projects

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets

Manage project scope, risks, and issues

Ensure effective communication and training of restaurant staff

Monitor and report on project progress and metrics

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the restaurant or food industry

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget

Strong technical skills in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project

Experience with Agile methodologies and lean project management principles

Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken)

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2

Experience with digital transformation projects in the restaurant industry

Strong network of contacts in the restaurant industry
