šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Specialist ā Healthcare Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of digital technologies across various healthcare stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Transformation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that leverage cutting-edge technologies to improve healthcare outcomes. Your focus will be on identifying areas of opportunity and developing innovative solutions that address the most pressing challenges facing the healthcare industry.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with Optum's global goals and objectives; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for digital transformation; Design and implement proof-of-concepts and pilots to test new technologies and approaches; Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors; Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital healthcare and provide thought leadership to the organization; Manage and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, healthcare IT, or a related field; A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement; Expertise in cloud-based technologies, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other emerging trends in digital healthcare; Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry standards; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Experience working in a global organization with a presence in multiple regions; Certification in a relevant technology or industry standard; Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++; Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
