šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain processes. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Your impact will be measured by the reduction in costs and improvement in delivery times.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement digital solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
Design and execute process improvements to reduce lead times and increase capacity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven decision-making models.
Analyze and optimize transportation routes and schedules to reduce costs.
Streamline communication and data sharing with suppliers and logistics providers.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, FLC, etc.) preferred.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud-based supply chain management systems.
Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Certification in data analytics or business intelligence.
