šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the expansion of our Mexican market by developing and implementing strategies to build a diverse and inclusive team culture. This individual will report directly to the Regional Human Resources Director and will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth and success.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect within the Mexican market

Collaborate with hiring managers to source and attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions

Conduct training programs and workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion for employees at all levels

Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Partner with local community organizations to build relationships and promote FedEx's commitment to diversity and inclusion

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and employee resource groups

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, human resources, or a related field

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement

Fluency in Spanish and English

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, or a related field

Experience working in a multinational corporation or a company with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion

Certification in diversity and inclusion or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-CP
