šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our in-house teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will report directly to the Store Support Manager and will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty for Dollar General Philippines.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information via phone, email, and chat.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty ratings.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as store operations and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dollar General's products and services, including prices, promotions, and programs.
Utilize technical tools and software to track customer interactions, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and company initiatives.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Communications, or Marketing.
Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Fluency in Tagalog or other languages spoken in the Philippines.
Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
