π― ROLE OVERVIEW
The E-commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the e-commerce operations team in Latin America, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth. This role reports directly to the Regional Director and will be part of a dynamic team working closely with cross-functional departments. As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will have a significant impact on the company's revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive business growth in Latin America, including analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
* Lead a team of e-commerce operations specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to launch targeted marketing campaigns, promoting our brand and products to Latin American customers.
* Work closely with the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and sales.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping, storage, and fulfillment of orders.
* Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure the e-commerce operations team is working efficiently and effectively.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing new ideas and innovations to drive business growth.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Provide input to the development of company-wide e-commerce strategies, ensuring that regional needs and requirements are taken into account.
* Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve e-commerce performance.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a leadership role.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital payment systems.
* Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong understanding of Latin American markets, cultures, and languages.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or Salesforce.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Google Ads.
* Knowledge of Latin American regulatory requirements and compliance.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and logistics.
* Fluency in Portuguese or French (written and spoken).
