šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvements. You will report directly to the Director of E-commerce and work closely with our cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you contribute to the development of our e-commerce strategy and enhance our competitiveness in the market.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Manage and optimize e-commerce workflows, ensuring timely order processing, shipping, and returns. ⢠Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth. ⢠Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. ⢠Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping. ⢠Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and communicating effectively. ⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our e-commerce operations. ⢠Work closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives. ⢠Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for your team members. ⢠Manage budgets and resources efficiently, with a focus on cost savings and ROI. ⢠Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including carriers and third-party logistics providers. ⢠Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. ⢠Collaborate with our IT team to identify and implement technical solutions to improve e-commerce operations.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on management and strategy. ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. ⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ⢠Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello. ⢠Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento. ⢠Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification preferred.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠3+ years of experience in a similar management role. ⢠Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. ⢠Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Tableau. ⢠Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as social media or email marketing. ⢠Experience with cloud-based technology, such as AWS or Azure.
