🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a German E-Commerce Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable e-commerce platforms for our clients. Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market. Your expertise will impact the growth and success of our clients, making a tangible difference in the German e-commerce landscape.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with clients to understand their e-commerce vision and requirements, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

- Design and implement scalable e-commerce platforms using industry-leading technologies such as Adobe Commerce, Magento, and Shopify.

- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring seamless integration with third-party services and APIs.

- Conduct thorough technical audits and provide recommendations for optimization and performance enhancement.

- Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of e-commerce solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to drive innovation and excellence.

- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of e-commerce projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.

- Participate in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles to promote knowledge sharing and consistency.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce solution architecture, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.

- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Adobe Commerce, Magento, and Shopify.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript, with experience in development frameworks like Spring Boot and React.

- Strong understanding of database management systems, including MySQL and MongoDB.

- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.

- Knowledge of mobile app development using native iOS and Android technologies.

- Certification in e-commerce or related fields, such as Adobe Commerce Developer or Magento Certified Developer.

- Experience with front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular and Vue.js.

- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, with experience in implementing predictive analytics and personalization.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a salary range of EUR 55,000 - EUR 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
