🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a German Market Analyst — Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strategy in the German market. You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. You will report to the Head of European Operations and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your impact will be measured by the success of strategic partnerships and the growth of the German market.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute market analysis and research to inform business development and strategic partnerships in the German market. . Identify and prioritize potential partners and opportunities for collaboration. . Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential partners. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies. . Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. . Provide regular market updates and insights to senior leadership. . Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic partnerships. . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials for strategic partnerships. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market analysis and business development. . Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the German market and its nuances.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in market analysis, business development, or a related field. . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. . Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. . Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. . Experience working in the food and beverage industry. . Fluent in German and English. . Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools. . Familiarity with the German market and its nuances.

At Dunkin', we offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
