🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a German-speaking Cloud Security Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with cloud security regulations and ensuring data security across our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk Management, and Compliance, to identify and mitigate security risks. You will report directly to the Head of Cloud Security and work on a remote-first basis.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud security compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence.

. Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.

. Collaborate with IT teams to implement cloud security controls and ensure data encryption.

. Provide expert advice on cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

. Develop and deliver security awareness training to internal stakeholders.

. Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and trends to inform strategic decisions.

. Collaborate with Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

. Develop and implement cloud security policies and procedures.

. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in cloud security and compliance.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

. Proficiency in German (C1 level) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Experience with cloud security frameworks, such as AWS Well-Architected Framework or Azure Security Benchmark.

. Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA.

. Experience with security testing and vulnerability management tools.

. Familiarity with containerization and serverless computing technologies.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

. Cloud security certifications, such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate.

. Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.

. Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning concepts.

. Experience with cloud security automation and orchestration tools.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per year, plus additional benefits, including access to a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement plan, and generous vacation days.
