šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a German-speaking Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the implementation of healthcare services for our German-speaking customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve customer complaints, and develop strategies to meet customer needs. This role will report to the Director of Customer Success and will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone, email, on-site visits) to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer success plans.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Director of Customer Success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform customer success strategies.
- Identify and report customer complaints and issues to the Director of Customer Success.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Certification in project management or customer success.
