🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Germany Renewable Energy Market Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us better understand the rapidly evolving renewable energy landscape in Germany. Working closely with our global energy experts, you will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic insights to inform our business decisions. Reporting to our Director of Renewable Energy, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our market position.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze and interpret market data on renewable energy trends, policies, and regulations in Germany, using tools like Bloomberg, Windpower Intelligence, and RECS International

* Develop and maintain in-depth market reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate complex insights to stakeholders

* Collaborate with our global team to identify opportunities for growth, optimize business operations, and enhance our market position

* Conduct research on emerging technologies, such as solar, wind, and energy storage, to inform our investment decisions

* Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, think tanks, and academia to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the renewable energy sector

* Design and implement data analytics tools and processes to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency

* Contribute to the development of our company's renewable energy strategy, including identifying opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and innovation

* Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our market position

* Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments, trends, and innovations, and share knowledge with the team

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 4+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in the energy or utility sector

* Master's degree in a field like business, economics, engineering, or environmental science

* Proven expertise in data analysis, market research, and business intelligence, using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software

* Strong understanding of renewable energy markets, policies, and technologies, with a focus on Germany and the European Union

* Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency in German language is a plus but not required

* Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany and participate in industry events

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 1-2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in market research, business development, or sales

* Knowledge of industry-specific software, tools, and platforms, such as SAP, Salesforce, or PowerDMS

* Experience working with global teams across different time zones and cultures

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban

* Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
