π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Beverage Supply Chain Analytics Manager at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our beverage supply chain. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to inform supply chain decisions, identify areas of improvement, and optimize our logistics network. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Analytics, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data-driven initiatives that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of PepsiCo's supply chain, and your impact will be felt globally.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to analyze supply chain performance, identify areas of improvement, and predict future trends. Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to design and implement data-driven initiatives, including logistics optimization, inventory management, and demand forecasting. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy analytics solutions, including data visualization, reporting, and predictive modeling. Analyze data from various sources, including ERP systems, CRM systems, and external data providers. Develop and maintain complex data models to support analytics and reporting requirements. Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity. Provide analytics support to business leaders, including quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc analysis.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, or a related field. Master's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Proven track record of developing and deploying data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including deep learning and natural language processing. Certification in analytics or supply chain management, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Strong knowledge of beverage industry trends and supply chain best practices. Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

We offer a competitive salary range of 50000 - 80000 MXN per year, based on experience.
