šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Global Brand Manager - German Market Expansion, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the Subway brand in Germany. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies, monitor market trends, and analyze consumer behavior. Your role will be to ensure the brand's messaging and identity are consistent across all channels and mediums, and to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, franchisees, and suppliers.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the German market, aligned with the global brand direction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer sentiment to inform marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, campaigns, and promotions.
Work closely with franchisees and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to improve marketing effectiveness.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Familiarity with market research tools and analytics software.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Certification in digital marketing or a related field.
Fluency in German and English.
Experience working in a global marketing team.

Competitive salary range of 55,000 - 75,000 EUR per year.
