🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Digital Experience Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the digital transformation of Sephora's e-commerce platform. Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and increase online sales. Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's digital growth and reputation.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct user research and analysis to inform digital experience strategy and product development.

Collaborate with design and development teams to create seamless and intuitive customer journeys.

Develop and implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve customer engagement.

Analyze customer data and behavioral insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Partner with suppliers and vendors to integrate new features and technologies into the e-commerce platform.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital commerce and customer experience.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in user research, data analysis, and strategy development.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web development, and digital marketing channels.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a related field.

Experience with Sephora or a similar beauty retailer.

Certification in digital marketing or user experience design.

Knowledge of German language and culture.
