šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the development and implementation of e-commerce and omnichannel marketing strategies for McDonald's. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer engagement. Your work will directly impact the success of McDonald's digital transformation and customer experience.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and execute global digital marketing operations strategies to drive e-commerce and omnichannel growth.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with existing systems and processes.
⢠Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
⢠Implement and maintain digital marketing operations processes and tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
⢠Develop and manage global digital marketing budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deploy marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer experience objectives.
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to improve digital marketing operations and customer experience.
⢠Lead and manage a team of digital marketing operations specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of digital marketing strategies.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
⢠Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with McDonald's policies and procedures.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, preferably in the fast-food or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful execution of digital marketing strategies and operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in digital marketing or a related field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
Experience with e-commerce and omnichannel platforms, including loyalty programs and customer engagement tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based software and infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
Fluency in multiple languages, preferably including English, German, and/or Spanish.
