🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's digital transformation strategy across various regions, including Germany. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless integration of technology and business strategies, aligning with the company's overall mission and vision.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies across various business units and regions, focusing on financial services and customer experience.

- Collaborate with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and market trends to recommend innovative digital solutions, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.

- Work closely with our development teams to design and implement enterprise-level digital platforms and systems, ensuring scalability, security, and user experience.

- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.

- Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Conduct regular progress reviews and ensure timely delivery of digital projects, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing business requirements.

- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development among team members.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving successful digital initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

- Experience with digital transformation methodologies, such as Agile and Design Thinking.

- Strong business acumen, with ability to understand financial services industry trends and challenges.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- PMP or Agile certification.

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

- Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with digital banking and financial services technologies.

As a Global Digital Transformation Manager at USAA, you can expect a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per annum, paid in euros.
