🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Specialist - Latin America, you will play a critical role in driving Comcast's global DEI strategy and initiatives in the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Communications, and Marketing, to develop and implement programs, training, and activities that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and beyond. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global DEI, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and success while also contributing to the development of a more inclusive and equitable society.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement DEI training programs for employees across the region, including cultural competency, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership.

Develop and execute local DEI initiatives, such as employee resource groups, diversity-focused events, and community outreach programs.

Collaborate with HR and other business partners to develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including recruitment, retention, and advancement opportunities.

Analyze and report on DEI metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to advance DEI initiatives and goals.

Provide DEI consulting services to Comcast business units and leaders to support their DEI efforts and goals.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, sociology, business, or education.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI initiatives, including training programs, events, and campaigns.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or human resources.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification in diversity, equity, and inclusion, such as the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) designation.

Experience working in a Latin American or multicultural environment, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

Proven experience in program management, including budgeting, planning, and execution.

Familiarity with DEI metrics and analytics, including data collection and reporting.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of 500,000 to 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience.
