šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Medical Device Product Launch Specialist for the Latin America market, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of our medical products across the region. You will report directly to the Regional Director of Marketing and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute launch plans that meet regulatory requirements, achieve revenue targets, and exceed customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute global launch plans for new medical devices, including market research, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure product awareness and adoption.
Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform product development and launch strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
Provide market insights and recommendations to inform product development and launch decisions.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
Proven track record of success in product launches, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Experience working in a matrix organization, with a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Latin America market, with a deep understanding of regional dynamics.
Certification in project management, marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in Brazil and other Portuguese-speaking countries.
