As the Global Operations Manager - European Integration Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our European integration efforts. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new markets, driving process improvements, and delivering operational excellence. You will report directly to the Head of European Operations and work closely with the broader Operations team to achieve business objectives. Your impact will be felt across the entire organization as you drive innovation and improvement in our European operations.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive European integration strategy to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches, including setting up new offices, hiring talent, and implementing processes.

Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and implement process improvements, driving continuous learning and development.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of European integration efforts.

Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.

Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize operations.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or food delivery company.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Fluency in English (written and spoken), with a strong understanding of European cultures and business practices.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.

Native English speaker or near-native fluency in another European language.
