🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an International Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the benefits experience for our global membership. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Benefits, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and communicate comprehensive benefit plans. Your impact will be felt across the organization, influencing employee engagement, retention, and overall business success.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of global benefit trends and regulatory requirements.

Design and implement cost-effective benefit solutions that meet the needs of diverse employee populations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate benefit plans, eligibility, and enrollment processes.

Analyze and report on benefit utilization, costs, and employee satisfaction.

Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of benefits-related data and communication.

Assist with benefits-related audits and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a global or multinational environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of global benefit regulations, including ERISA, GDPR, and other relevant laws.

Experience with benefits administration software, such as Willis Towers Watson or Mercer.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information to non-experts.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Certification in benefits administration, such as CEBS or GBA.

Experience with benefits communication and employee engagement strategies.

Fluency in multiple languages, including English, German, and at least one other European language.
