🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an International Postal Services Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating international mail and packages, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers. You will report directly to the International Logistics Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical issues that may arise. Your key performance indicators will focus on reducing delivery times, minimizing losses, and improving customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our international mail and package delivery services.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate international mail and packages from receipt to delivery

* Monitor and track packages to ensure timely delivery and minimize losses

* Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve logistical issues

* Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to clear international shipments

* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and maintain compliance with regulations

* Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate and timely processing of international mail and packages

* Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service

* Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field

* Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures

* Proficiency in shipping software and systems (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL)

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

* Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in logistics or related field

* Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g. CSCP, CLTD)

* Experience working with international customs brokers and freight forwarders

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time)
