🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Latin America Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving enterprise solutions across the region, working closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored digital transformation strategies. You will be part of a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about helping organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation. You will report directly to the Regional Director of Enterprise Solutions and will have regular interactions with our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients across Latin America, aligning with their business goals and objectives.

• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current technology infrastructure and identify areas for improvement to drive digital transformation.

• Design and implement customized solutions using cutting-edge technologies, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

• Ensure compliance with Verizon's policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

• Manage and lead small to medium-sized projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with other experts to develop thought leadership content, whitepapers, and case studies to showcase Verizon's expertise in digital transformation.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise solutions, or a related field.

• Proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects with significant return on investment (ROI).

• Expert-level knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and IoT technologies.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, including ERP, CRM, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in digital transformation, cloud computing, or a related field (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
