🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Latin American Remote Digital Transformation Experience Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping our digital strategy and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet our customers' evolving expectations. Your impact will be measured by the successful delivery of digital projects, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced employee experience.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with Taco Bell's overall business objectives and customer needs.

Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and launch new digital products and services that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.

Manage and execute digital projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget alignment.

Oversee the development and maintenance of digital platforms, tools, and infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

Partner with internal teams to develop and implement change management strategies that promote employee adoption and engagement with new digital tools and processes.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in digital transformation, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a strong track record of delivering successful digital projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Advanced knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.

Experience working in the fast-food or restaurant industry, with knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Familiarity with Taco Bell's products and services.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
