šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Mexico Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our customer service team to resolve customer complaints, answer product-related questions, and provide product updates. This role exists to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving business growth and revenue. You will report directly to our Customer Service Team Lead and will be a key contributor to our customer service team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
⢠Provide product information and answer questions about McDonald's menu items, promotions, and services.
⢠Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex customer issues.
⢠Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
⢠Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide feedback.
⢠Participate in customer service training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
⢠Work closely with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to promote McDonald's products and services.
⢠Collaborate with the customer service team to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
⢠Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
⢠Meet or exceed customer service metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
⢠Participate in team meetings and contribute to team discussions.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
⢠High school diploma or equivalent required.
⢠Ability to pass a background check.
⢠Spanish language proficiency (native or advanced level).
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Experience working in a call center or customer service team.
⢠Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
⢠Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
⢠Certification in customer service or a related field.
⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
