As the Multinational Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our Mexico retail business. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of Mexico retail business.

- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior leadership.

- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

- Manage sales budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and productivity.

- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and make recommendations to improve sales strategies.

- Develop and maintain sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales management, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with sales teams, suppliers, and vendors.

- Strong leadership skills, with ability to coach and develop sales team members.

- Proficient in sales analytics tools and software.

- Fluency in Spanish and English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

- MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration.

- Experience in retail sales or a related industry.
