🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Regional Aviation Compliance Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements in the European market. You will work closely with our compliance team to develop and implement effective policies and procedures, and will be responsible for managing our relationships with key regulatory bodies. You will report directly to our Head of Compliance and will have a significant impact on the success of our European operations.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with European regulations, including the EU Aviation Safety Regulation.

. Manage our relationships with key regulatory bodies, including the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions.

. Collaborate with our operations teams to ensure that all aspects of our European operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of and understand our compliance policies and procedures.

. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and advise our leadership team on any impact on our operations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in aviation compliance, with a focus on European regulations.

. Strong knowledge of the EU Aviation Safety Regulation and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

. Proven experience in policy development and implementation.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business administration, or aviation management.

. Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as law or business administration.

. Experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing multiple tasks.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk.

. Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, a retirement plan, and 25 days of annual leave.
