šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As Regional Digital Marketing Manager for Mexico Expansion, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy across Mexico, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing, Americas and work closely with our cross-functional teams, including IT, E-commerce, and Supply Chain.
Your key objective will be to enhance our online presence, improve customer experience, and optimize marketing ROI. You will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve business objectives.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across Mexico.
⢠Collaborate with the E-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience, improve website usability, and enhance mobile app functionality.
⢠Manage and execute social media campaigns to engage with customers, build brand loyalty, and increase online sales.
⢠Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to inform marketing strategies and optimize ROI.
⢠Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and suppliers.
⢠Oversee and manage the development and implementation of marketing automation tools and systems.
⢠Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
⢠Collaborate with the Creative team to develop engaging content, including videos, images, and copy.
⢠Manage and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign success and ROI.
⢠Develop and maintain digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
⢠Provide strategic guidance and support to the marketing team on digital marketing initiatives.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
⢠Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness.
⢠Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and marketing automation systems.
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
⢠Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
⢠Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
⢠2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
⢠Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
⢠Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Hootsuite.
⢠Experience with marketing automation tools, including Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.
⢠Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

At Family Dollar, we offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 - 800,000 MXN per year, based on experience.
