🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Regional E-commerce Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Food Lion's e-commerce platform in Germany. This person will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory management, and logistics. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, this manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives. This role will have a significant impact on improving customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and driving business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

• Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory management, and logistics

• Analyze and improve e-commerce performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction scores

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new e-commerce initiatives and promotional campaigns

• Develop and manage e-commerce budgets and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and tax laws

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations

• Provide training and support to e-commerce teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Fluency in German and English
