🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Regional Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations for the German market, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient supply chain processes, and compliance with regional regulations. You will report directly to the Director of European Logistics and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders, ultimately contributing to Five Below's success in the European market.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses in Germany, analyzing data to inform ordering decisions and minimize waste.

* Collaborate with the European Logistics team to develop and implement efficient transportation strategies, ensuring on-time delivery and reduced costs.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving any logistical issues.

* Work closely with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.

* Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data.

* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies.

* Collaborate with the IT department to develop and maintain logistics-related systems and tools.

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

* Support the development and implementation of business intelligence reporting, analyzing data to inform logistics strategies.

* Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

* Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of regional regulations, ensuring compliance and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in a regional or international role.

* Proven track record of success in coordinating logistics operations, improving process efficiency, and reducing costs.

* Strong knowledge of logistics software, including transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).

* Experience with data analysis and reporting, using tools like Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.

* Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

* Knowledge of international logistics regulations and customs procedures.

* Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
