As a Remote Customer Experience Consultant with McDonald's Philippines, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand reputation and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, innovative execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth, revenue, and customer loyalty. You will analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform your recommendations and drive business outcomes.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth, revenue, and customer loyalty through data-driven decision-making and market trend analysis.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising marketing, operations, and sales to execute customer experience initiatives and measure their impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform customer experience strategies and drive business outcomes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and vendors, to ensure alignment and support for customer experience initiatives.

• Provide training and coaching to McDonald's staff on customer experience best practices and ensure consistent application of these practices across all customer touchpoints.

• Develop and implement a customer feedback system to collect and analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive business outcomes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform customer experience strategies and drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain a customer experience dashboard to track key metrics and inform business decisions.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of delivering customer experience strategies that drive business growth, revenue, and customer loyalty.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Certification in customer experience, marketing, or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)).
