🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our German corporate clients by identifying and mitigating potential cybersecurity risks. Reporting to the Head of Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments, developing security strategies, and providing expert advice to clients on how to enhance their cybersecurity posture.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct in-depth cybersecurity risk assessments for German corporate clients, identifying potential vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies.

- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Provide expert advice to clients on how to enhance their cybersecurity posture, including implementing security controls, conducting penetration testing, and managing cybersecurity incidents.

- Collaborate with the client's IT teams to implement recommended security measures and provide ongoing support and monitoring.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and ensure that client solutions are aligned with industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, IT teams, and other Allied Universal teams.

- Collaborate with the Allied Universal cybersecurity team to share knowledge, best practices, and resources.

- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for clients to enhance their cybersecurity knowledge and skills.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of cybersecurity services.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of client engagements, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and implementation plans.

- Ensure compliance with Allied Universal's quality management system and cybersecurity policies and procedures.

- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to team discussions and decision-making.

- Provide on-call support as required to ensure 24/7 coverage.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk analysis, with a focus on corporate clients.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field.

- Proven experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001.

- Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems and security threat intelligence platforms.

- Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Splunk, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Proficient in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or C#.

- Experience working with virtualization and containerization technologies.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Docker.

- Strong understanding of cloud security risks and cloud security controls.

- Experience working with incident response and disaster recovery plans.

- Experience with IT risk management and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Experience with security testing and penetration testing.

- Familiarity with cloud security platforms and tools, such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud Identity.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification.

- Experience with cloud security certifications, such as AWS Security, Azure Security, or Google Cloud Security.

- Experience with security consulting or advisory services.

- Strong technical knowledge of cloud security and compliance, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Experience with cloud security tools, such as cloud security gateways, cloud security information and event management (CSIM) systems, and cloud security analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Docker.

- Experience with security orchestration and automation (SOAR) tools.

- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in cybersecurity.

- Experience with information security governance frameworks, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.
