🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Digital Transformation Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving Marriott's digital strategy across the DACH region. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver key digital initiatives. Your primary focus will be on streamlining project management processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely project delivery.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate digital transformation projects across the DACH region, ensuring timely completion and within budget

- Develop and maintain project management tools and templates to enhance team efficiency

- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement

- Analyze project data and provide insights to inform future project decisions

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

- Develop and maintain project dashboards to track progress and key performance indicators

- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- Proven experience working with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification

- Experience working in the hospitality or service industry

- Familiarity with digital transformation and innovation methodologies

- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

- Salary range: €50,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
