🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote International Mail Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of international mail and parcels from Germany to destinations around the world. Reporting to our International Mail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for processing, sorting, and tracking international mail, as well as coordinating with international partners to resolve any issues that may arise. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and sort international mail and parcels, ensuring compliance with USPS and international regulations.

Coordinate with international partners to resolve issues related to mail and parcel delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the International Mail Operations team to identify and implement process improvements.

Develop and maintain knowledge of international mail regulations, rates, and services.

Stay up-to-date with changes to international mail standards, procedures, and technology.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in mail processing, logistics, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in database management and spreadsheet analysis.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.

Experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field.

Certification in mail operations, logistics, or a related field.

Familiarity with SAP or other mail processing software.
